Willow Estates began with a question. If the finest addresses in the world — Aspen, Como, Ubud, Rishikesh — share one thing, why do so few Indian projects treat the mountain as the primary architect?
We spent three years walking the Neelkanth ridge before we drew a single line. We chose the 8.6-acre parcel not for its road frontage but for its slope, its aspect, its trees. The master plan follows the contour, not the other way around: over 400 mature trees are preserved, roads bend around root systems, and every villa opens to a valley view.
What emerged is a project that reads as one seamless landscape from the ridge above — a low, terraced community of fewer than ninety residences, quietly folded into the forest. It is luxury as restraint. Space, silence, mountain air, and a private community of people who value all three.
